Standard lease
Sign a 12 or 24-month lease with fixed weekly rates. Enjoy the security of knowing your costs upfront, with no hidden fees. Bond equivalent to four weeks rent is held in a government trust account. Early termination provisions are available with 60 days written notice, subject to a modest break fee outlined in your lease agreement.
Rent-to-own pathway
A portion of your weekly payments is credited towards the eventual purchase price. After a qualifying period of 36 months, you may exercise the option to buy at a pre-agreed price. This pathway is ideal for residents who want to test a property before committing to ownership, and it offers a structured savings mechanism built into your housing costs.
Corporate and diplomatic packages
Tailored agreements for organisations relocating staff or hosting visiting executives. Includes furnished fit-outs, flexible terms from three months onwards, consolidated billing and optional housekeeping services. We work directly with relocation managers to streamline the onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for every occupant.
